Default NASPort

I know the problem is that I need to add a default value for the NASPort.
I have tried and tried to do this in SQL Enterprise Manager, yet every time
I enter the default value, stop and restart radius it never sees that and
then I get bombarded with these request. It is like this feature is a
Borg.... "resistance is futile....".

This is slowing down the response time and causing the Calls Online table
not to update properly as sometimes the server will be trying to process
these request for several minutes before the other packets will get through.
