logfile not logging incorrect passwords

I remember using the log file to see if someone was typing their password
incorrectly. Now, it is not doing that. The last log I have is for 5/22/98
when my NT machine had some problems. I restarted radius and all was ok.
But since I have started, the logfile has not logged when the user was
denied for either wrong user name or password. Is there some setting I am
missing?
