Make sure that the NT machines have Service Pack 3 installed. There were
known problems with RAS/DUN prior to this and that included the ability to
use LCP extensions. Since SP3, I haven't noticed any problems with NT
machines (including my own) that have LCP extensions enabled. Of course
that may be somewhat specific to whatever NAS you're using. We're using
Ascend Max 40xx units.
