RadiusNT2.2 Problem

Hello,
We just purchased a key for radius and still get a Invalid
Key or Database error when starting radius. If I set the
time on the machine back 1 year it will start then I have to
set the date back to the correct date and it will continue
to run fine. Whats up with this? Was I sent an incorrect
key?
