After talking to R-HOME (IDEA) today, it seems that they are non-standard in
that they use an MDL-5 encryption approach to their Radius Proxy.

RadiusNT 2.5 has been tested with most of the major RADIUS servers
on the market. It is RFC compliant and even works with many RADIUS
servers which are not.

am not familiar with their product.
