Multi-home issues

For those people who are running RadiusNT on multi-homed machines and
having problems with clients and packets being sent from multiple
IP Addresses, the RadiusNT 2.5.105 distribution includes an option in
the Administrator to specific ONE IP address (rather than all) for
RadiusNT to listen and reply to requests on.

Please note that the radlogin testing specified usually with 127.0.0.1
will *NOT* work when you lock RadiusNT down to a signle IP address
(unless its 127.0.0.1, but that would be pretty useless). For radlogin
to work, you would have to use the IP Address you specified for
RadiusNT in the server file (and have a matching entry either in
your clients file or servers table).
