Add an attrbiute to the RadATConfigs table for the ISDN and
PPP accounttypes. The attribute will be NAS-Port-Type (61) and
the value will be 0 for Async and 2 for ISDN. Also make sure
the RadCheck field is a 1 for this attrbiute (it should be NULL
or 0 for the others).
