Radlogin and radius on Unix

Is there a way to run radlogin.exe and have it use a different machine as
the radius server instead of the machine that it's running on. We want to
be able to periodically test Ascend's radius that we have running on one of
our Unix machines, but don't know of a way to do it (other than actually
dialing up). RadLogin is a pretty handly utility for RadiusNT, but is
there a "version" that can be run on the Unix server that handles tertiary
radius (using a users text file)?

The Unix machine is a Sparc 20 running Solaris 2.4.
