If you're using Emerald, there are two places where it can go depending if
it's a global setting for a specific account type, or if it's specific to a
single user.
If it's for one user, Go into that user's service in Emerald, and click on
the RADIUS tab. All user-specific settings go there--adding something here
will completely override whatever radius defaults you have set for that
user's AccountType, so make sure you make it complete (UserService,
FramedProtocol, FramedAddress, etc.)
To set global radius settings for an AccountType, go into Emerald
Administrator and choose Radius, then Defaults.
