Do you have the index server running? When we installed it it wanted to
index everything and run the CPU up to 100%, turned off the indexing for
almost everything and its fine now.

I saw a list post once about IIS taking up 100% of CPU power once. We are
having the same problem. We installed an intranet on IIS on an NT 4
machine, and watched it take up 100% and slow all other operations down.
Anyone have any suggestions?
