This is a common issue when you install NT, install SP3, then install
SNMP. The problem is that you have the SP1 SNMP files running with SP3
and that doesn't wuite work. :) re-install SP3 for NT and it wil
resolve the issue. Typically when you install any network or NT
portions after installing SP3, you should re-install SP3.
