Download Problems

One of our customer's has been experiencing an
odd download problem from his web site.

It appears that all (majority) of his non-US visitors are unable
to effectively download files from his site. For the most part
the files they receive, if they are able to get anything, are
corrupted.

I have tried setting him up with a virtual FTP server on our
Serv-U FTP server. Previously he had been using a straight
http link of his download page. I have accessed and downloaded
his file while connected to Us, Earthlink, and AOL with no
problems. In effect I cannot duplicate his problem.

I was hoping someone might have seen this before or have
some suggestions for further testing. Is this a common problem?
Does anyone know of somewhere in Europe that me might be
able to mirror the files. They are only about 1Mb each (qty. 2)
and are accessed perhaps 5-10 times per day.

The site address is http://www.simplewindows.com and the ftp
is ftp://ftp.simplewindows.com

I have not experienced this with any of the other sites we host
but I suspect that most of the downloads are domestic in origin.

TIA
