RRAS and Class C

We have just put an NT based RRAS/NT4.0 solution into one of our regional
nodes, and I'm having trouble doimg something which should be quite
fundamental. Can anyone help? Here's the issue;

Customer dials in through RRAS and pulls an IP address of 203.35.164.70 (our
ethernet address) we need to then route their class c (203.35.193.0)
through their dial-up connection. I have tried just putting a static route
in thorugh the commend prompt of

203.35.193.0 mask 255.255.255.0 203.35.164.70

but to no avail. Am I missing something left of center with RRAS? Surely
there must be a way of routing a class c through a dial-up connection that's
initiated by the customer.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks

Paul
