not with a 128k you won't (unless you're in the middle of nowhere)

Personal choice

|c.) billing or management softwares
NT Paymaster good to start-Emerald or ISPower later

|d.) routers (we are thinking of using DLink as the price is very cheap)
Need to ask? (Cisco-)

|e.) any other equipments we might need.
Economy pack of aspirin, wheelbarrow for money.

Really tho-that equipment is good to start but.....
