HI

You can get a frame relay or fractional T1 line brought into your building,
but you still need to plug it into the Internet somewhere.

GTE Internetworking can service you, but they are REAL high. If your ISP
supports GTE's frame relay, you can do that directly to your current ISP.
Either way, you will probably pay MORE for your own frac T1 than you pay
now for co-locate.

You will need a Router and a CSU/DSU about $1200 - $4000.

To get 256k frame-relay bandwidth here, you would pay GTE $240 - $270 a
month + $395 setup, for the line and me $550 - $600 + $500.00 setup, just
to plug it in.

The advantage is total control over your systems.

My $75 worth (consulting fees)
