Assuming we're talking about NT4 here, you should be able to export out the
reg key in which the IP's are stored (This varies, but is usually something
like:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RTL80291\Parameters\Tcp
ip
-or-
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NE20001\Parameters\Tcpi
p
Then, once you have the new card in, you can either change the headers of
the exported .reg file to match those of the keyname for your new card and
import that back into the registry, or cut and paste the values of the
subkeys into the appropriate subkeys for the new card.

I've only done this once, but it worked fine. There's probably an easier
way to do it though.
