Hi, I'm sending copies to everyone who requested one, plus if you'd like to
download a copy just go to ftp://ftp.webjogger.net and click on the "IIS4
docs" directory. There you'll find the document, which is called
IIS4_FTP.doc and is available for download.

It's a Microsoft Word 97 document, so if you have any problems opening it,
let me know and I can send it to you in a different version.
