I'm running IIS 4.0 and have installed the NT web administration program.
When I use it remotely, I can do evrything, except... add, delete, change
users. When I try any of these I get the ffg kind of message:
Failed to change password for "xxxxx": The specified network password is
not correct. (86)
Any ideas why this might be happening?
