Host Unknown Problem

We use IMail and run NT servers. We have had several customers complain
that email being sent to them from their freinds are being returned with
"Host Unknown". It does not seem to fail all of the time. I'm not sure if
it is an IMail problem, DNS problem, or something else. I have reviewed
some of the returned messages and their email address looks correct. Anyone
else having this problem? Help!
