e-mail form in FP98

I have gotten several complaints from my customers that their e-mail forms
such as scrolling text boxes do not work(The people do not get sent an
e-mail). Are there any hints on how to easily configure the server so that
it will send the mail message to the appropriate person? BTW...They have
specified in the Frontpage program to do an e-mail response. Thanks
