IIS 4.0 crashes - inetinfo.dbg access violation?

Has anyone else encountered (and fixed?) this? Inetinfo.exe (iis 4.0)
has started crashing with DrWatson reporting an access violation in
inetinfo.dbg. This only happens when we try to load pages with ASP or
Cold Fusion in them. Regular no-frills .htm files come up fine.
