I have an IIS4 box with 670 WWW and FTP "sites". A number of them (the
number varies...but usually its between about 10 to 50) show in the IISAdmin
MMC that they are stopped. When I try to start them (either with the cute
start button, or via the pulldown menu) it dumps back the error:
"WINSOCK Error: No buffer space is supported."
Is this just some hard limit that I've never heard about...anyone else have
any experiences with this?
