Same here. The switch to Bind was very easy and now our DNS service is
100% better. We had about 80 domains and 2 DNS servers when Metainfo
started choking. Our web stats would never complete the reverse DNS
lookup with Metainfo, now on Bind it flies through too.

When I worked for Firstinter.net , we also had problems with Metainfo's
DNS
server. We ended up changing over to the Bind port for WinNT. Not only did
it seem to be less of a burden on the CPU, it also seem not hang or stop
working during high volume times.
