But my question was for my customers. If they ask me how they could check
on
their side if my accounting values are true, what would you recommend if
they use ISDN?
Josh Hillman already gave me the tip on how to activate modem-loggin
(thanks
again), but I cannot find how this is done with ISDN.

For Dial-Up Networking (if logged):
\windows\modemlog.txt

For ISDN, I don't know if there's a way to log it or not. There is another
log that can be set in Control Panel | Network | Dial-Up Adapter; there may
be one there also for the customer's ISDN terminal adapter (??). At least
with Dial-Up Adapter, this logfile is at:
\windows\ppplog.txt

Here's some handy info:

How to Interpret the Ppplog.txt File (Windows 95)

For the general customer to sift through the logs might be asking too much
though... ??
