Two options come to mind...

Cheap: FaxTalk Messenger. I like it alot. I use it to answer all my
business and personal calls at my home. Even supports CallerID and
Distinctive ring features.

Bucks: Mitel something or other. They've got an 800 number, but it's about
$500 for their package.
