That is we have couple dozen accounts that don't fit the standard billing
options. Is there a way to have emerald bill these without having to create
dozens of accounts types for each of these special accounts?
I noticed that under billing, there is "balance" and "other". Can "other"
be used to fill in the amount that these accounts should be billed?
