Perhaps someone can help:
I'm trying to run my cosolidation for billing purposes and it's erroring out.
I click on SUMMARY and it seems to work (it creates two summaries), but
when I click on CHARGES it looks like it's trying to work, but then fails
witht he following error:
"Error executing consolidation proceedure!"
So I go into ISQL_W, select the Emerald database and run: CONSOLIDATION 1
and I get the following results:
"Msg 1205, Level 13, State 2
Your server command (process id 15) was deadlocked with another process and
has been chosen as deadlock victim. Re-run your command"
Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix it?

If you re-run it and keep getting the same error, I'd check to see
what else is running that could be locking you out. You can use the
curent activity option in the Enterprise manager to see whos connected
and what they are doing.

Hello,
I was just wondering when will Emerald 2.5 support the Multilanguage supportfor Invoicing and all functions within Emerald. We are in Montreal, Quebec,Canada and need to have this feature implemented so that we can properlycharge our customers via E-Mail. Right now we are using 2 accounting packagesto handle this. Therefore produces double the work. Is there a way to importthe daily invoices from Emerald into Quickbooks to have the invoices createdthere?
The other thing is to have the piggyback tax added into Emerald 2.5. This wasmentioned that it will be added into it. We are still waiting for this.

Let me apologize for sending this request to Emerald list rather thanRadius, I am not subscribed to it and see no need to start gettingalready full mail box even fuller. I am having problems making Radius2.5.124 work. I have loaded the software, ran the sql script. I am doingthis on our backup authentication server. The problem is that it doesn'tauthenticate when I run it. I don't see anything happen when I run -x15mode. Here are the error messages from the log file:

This is the third time I have sent this message along with leaving requestsfor help from Emerald Support. I need to be able to run invoices. We arerunning 2.1.11 and suddenly we are unable to create valid invoices. The'Invoice Next Term' procedure runs but there are no records created in theInvoiceItems table and therefor the invoices are blank. We suspect this maybe some type of SQL problem but need some assistance from Emerald.

Why is "sa" displayed when logging into SQL (Emerald / ISQL, etc.) using avalid username other than "sa"?
I've seen this question asked several times on this list and after wonderingabout it for quite a while, finally came across info on it...
It happens when the following criteria are met: 1. SQL Server is set up for "Integrated Security" or "Mixed Security". 2. The user is logged into an NT-managed domain. 3. The user is an NT administrator on the NT domain.
Do any of the following require SQL Server's "Integrated Security" tofunction correctly/optimally together?: Emerald 2.1.11 (or later) RadiusNT 2.5.124 (or later) ServU FTP 2.3c (or later) using emer_su.dll 4.4.1.1
OR, is there a way of preventing SQL Server from associating "sa" with anNT-administrative account (aside from removing that account from the NTAdministrators group) while using Integrated/Mixed security?
