Problem with Invoicing

This is the third time I have sent this message along with leaving requests
for help from Emerald Support. I need to be able to run invoices. We are
running 2.1.11 and suddenly we are unable to create valid invoices. The
'Invoice Next Term' procedure runs but there are no records created in the
InvoiceItems table and therefor the invoices are blank. We suspect this may
be some type of SQL problem but need some assistance from Emerald.
