Emerald just passed the exp date to the software, with a few
filters:
1. It removes all non-numeric characters.
2. After #1, if the length is three, add a 0 to the FRONT of
the exp field (ie 699 turns into 0699).
The CC Expire field in the database is six characters and can
support a mmyyyy format if required by the CC processing system.
