Can't find reports

Hi all,
I have heard, in the archive of this list, of the following reports :

FROM THE CUSTOM TAB:
Monthly Gross -- mongross.rpt
Monthly Deffered -- mondeff.rpt
Expired Accounts -- acctsexp.rpt
Inactive Accounts -- acctsiac.rpt
Overdue Accounts -- acctsod.rpt

FROM THE EMERALD TAB:
Deferred Revenue -- defrev.rpt
Monthly Gross -- revgross.rpt
New Accounts -- acctsnew.rpt
Expired Accounts -- acctsexp.rpt
Monthly Call Statistics -- callstat.rpt

I only have "defrev.rpt" and didn't find the others on the ftp site. How could I get them?
