I re-wrote Dale's input to have people input there data on the web, Works
great. I put a terms page in front and they can not get to the signup page
with out going through the terms page. Anyway, I also rewrote the page for
some other ISP's that I wholesale to. It is only an input page but it gets
the job done. And they can put the info in and have the customer up in a
few mins.
You can have a copy if it will help.
