Alan, Make SURE that there's not an outstanding invoice for that customer, that
got me a couple of times.
And you probably DO want "Incremental Batch" checked unless you want to run
billing for the entire month. We run cash invoices once/week, for expirations up
to a month from "today" CCs are batched out twice/week, usually Tuesday and
Friday.
