We have used emerald for about a year. We got a serious problem right now.
Emerald reported "You are over your liscened number of Master Billing Records.
You are liscend for 500 and have 503.
Because we can not delete a lot of junk accounts, the accounting person
accidently input a couple of new accounts, so we are using more than
500 MBR. Can you help me to fix the problem.
First we would like to use the emerald, then we would like to be able to delete
the junk account. (We do not have the buget to get new license yet, we will upgrade
a litlle late)
