I know this is popped up in the list before but I can't seem to find it in
the archives..

To put our address and misc. information in the invoices, what are the
header and footer files names and where do we put them.

Regards,

Barry

You need to create 3 txt files

1. invhead.txt (this file will have whatever you want at the top of the
e-mail invoice)
2. invbody.txt (this file will have whatever you want added to the body of
the e-mail invoice)
3. invfoot.txt (this filee iwll have whatever you want at the foot of the
e-mail invoice)

Subject: Remote Access / Crystal Report

Hi all,
I have 2 questions and hope that someone can help me.

1)Is there a way to control remote access to the Emerald database? I would
like to specify the IP adress that have granted access to the database. I
guess I can do that with SQL but I don't know how.

2)I created a report (with CR 4.5) containing the "serverports.calldate"
field. With SQL this field contains the date and the time (ie : Jun 18 1998
12:51PM) but Crystal Report only display the date (ie : 06/18/98). How can I
display the time of the call ?

Thank you for your attention.

I don't know is this is possible.

In the report options, in the SQL Section there is a checkbox to
convert date/time to date. Uncheck that option.

Do you have incremental batch checked in your preferences? Typically, you will run for the prior month (to pick up any straglers) as wellas the current month.
