Emerald 2.2 and lower have a problem with non mm/dd/yy date formats.Although we have corrected this in the upcoming Emerald 2.5, youcan temporarily change you regional settings, date format, to theabove to work around the problem.

Most likely its an issue with the Server Ports. I believe Ciscodoesn't use the same port numbers scheme that PMs use. Assumingyou are getting Records into your Calls Table, the followingSQL Script will give use the set of port numbers from the Cisco:
