Most likely its an issue with the Server Ports. I believe Cisco
doesn't use the same port numbers scheme that PMs use. Assuming
you are getting Records into your Calls Table, the following
SQL Script will give use the set of port numbers from the Cisco:

Select Distinct NASPort
