SQL Enterprize Manager has a Maintenance Wizard.  I would go thru that and
accept the defaults.
Then you will see the sheduled tasks.  You can then add the checkdb, create
a script to delete start records & add that.  There should be a command to
truncate also but it slips my mind at the moment.
