PM 3 is great. We don't have any problems with it. You plug them in and they
work, and work.... They also offer a lease on these, you may want to check that
as well. Support is still free, we had one bad modem in two years, they
overnight the replacement card. They can be slow in telephone response some
times, it depends to which of the technicians you've been assigned. Only if
your are out off commision they will take you right away. But for the most part
you don't need any support.
One more good place to check would be their mailing list, it can give you a
good idea what kind of problems people have with their stuff....
