He helped me to check my calls online table to make sure it was indeed
getting populated.
We discovered that the Emerald database is getting populated with the
correct information; however, Emerald is still not able to pull up the
information from within Emerald's Online tab.
Any ideas?
In addition, Michael and I tried to create a task within SQL to be able to
dump to disk each night, the Emerald data with init. When I tried to save
the task I get the a SQL error stating it can not find a stored procedure
called 'msdb..sphelptask'.
We checked to see if there was a database called msdb available and there
was not. Do you or anyone else know how to correct this problem?
