I'm using Emerald 2.2.38 and Radius NT 2.5
When I go into Emerald and click on the ON-LINE tab, it does not show who
is currently online. I'll click in the UPDATE button, but nothing shows.
The Radius NT Manual says:
"Manual Calls Update" RadiusNT will manually update the calls online
view. This is only needed for databases which do not have trigger support
This is not needed with Emerald/SQL Server or an active database which can
update the calls online view automatically.
I don't have the Manual Calls Update check.
Any ideas as to what could be wrong?
