Ok, it's did it, but the console message is the same: the logsegment is full
you need to increase the space. Do I have to do something else after add
more space to the EmeraldDev?

Thanks

Rafael Gomez

Is there any way to change what is displayed in the Time-on Grid, or the
currently online grid?

Yes. You need to expand the database on that device. See the last
two lines below:

You can do this using Desktop DBA from Platinum. It does all of the work behindthe scenes to rename the table, create a new table with the new structure, loadthe data back in and re-establish all dependencies. I've used it for a coupleof years and had no problems in this area.

I think DB Artisan will do the same thing.

No, ut Emerald 2.5 predominantly uses list views which are configurable.

Thanks in advance

I've searched the archives before daring to ask this question but all Icould find were brief descriptions as to what to do in EM while trying totransfer the emerald database. I already know how to do that and actuallythis morning I did transfer the Emerald Database onto our new machine butwhen EM finished said "there were some errors that occured whiletransfering the database" then when I went and check emerald on the newmachine I couldn't access any record at all, the names of the users arethere but as soon as I try editing the record, everything is empty.

SQL is showing these errors in it's log file:

------------------------------------------------::Error::In file NS.Emerald.DR1 in statement on line 302Transfer Status: Creating DRI on destination databaseAttempting to define PRIMARY KEY constraint on nullable column in table'ServerAccess'.

::Error::In file NS.Emerald.DR1 in statement on line 302Transfer Status: Creating DRI on destination databaseUnable to create constraint. See previous errors.

::Error::In file NS.Emerald.FKY in statement on line 251Transfer Status: Creating Foreign Keys on destination databasedata exists in table 'dbo.Invoices', database 'Emerald', that violatesFOREIGN KEY constraint 'FK__Invoices__Type__465D7A27' being added. ALTERcommand has been aborted.

::Error::In file NS.Emerald.FKY in statement on line 251Transfer Status: Creating Foreign Keys on destination databaseUnable to create constraint. See previous errors.

::Error::In file NS.Emerald.TRG in statement on line 1Transfer Status: Creating Triggers on destination databaseInvalid column name 'login'.---------------------------------------------

Anyone knows the 'appropiate' steps to follow to transfer Emerald from onemachine to another one?

Regards,Victor

Dale,

We are trying out MPP with Multi-Channels under Win98. We can gethooked up with 2 channels with good rates even on bad lines, but after wedisconnect we start getting ghost logins. Using an Ascend Max4000. we haveAuth Timeout set at 14. The Radius set up User-Service = Framed-User Framed-Protocal = MPP Idle-Timeout = 600 Port-Limit = 2 Ascend-Maximum-Channels = 2 Ascend-Idle-Limit = 600 (we use both Max4000's and PM3's)

Any idea why ghost is showing up.
