I have seen various messages relating to ASP sign-up forms to create a new
account in emerald.
As I have not yet seen a post of anyone having done this, I am going to
write one myself. Today.
When this is complete, I will make it available to anyone who wants it.
Suggestions will be appreciated.

If ANYONE has already done this, PLEASE STOP ME NOW! by posting a location
where this is available :)
Otherwise, I will be starting on this evening.
