First and foremost you need to perform a calls consolidation, successfully.
The other thing would be to run a checkdb on the Emerald db after deletion
of the records in the calls consolidation process. I have over 5000MBRs
and 30,000 calls per day and my db is less than 300MB, therefore I store
the majority in RAM. I also delete the start records each evening for the
previous day. This reduces the calls table size immediately in half.

I can say the USR Total Control will work. Regardless of chassis bundle. It
works on HiPer ARC Routers cards as well as Netserver cards....

What exactly does Call consolidation do? We are running Emerald but without
the accounting features in it because Emerald does not fully support
Multilanguage and Multi tax systems. What records will we lose if we run Call
consolidation and also what scripts to run to remove start records? Will the
calls consolidation mess up the accounting portions should we start using
Emerald for that?
