Open up isql_w, connect to your SQL Server, change the database to Emerald
and Execute this statement:
Update MasterAccounts Set maExpireDate = '7/1/98'
> 2. We've populated our Emerald database with all of our customers; however,
> we won't be using Emerald to charge our customers until the beginning of
> July. How do we keep Emerald from charging them from the date they were
> entered?
Change their ExpireDate as notes above.
> For example: John Doe was entered May 15. '98 and Emerald shows this as his
> start date. Come July 1, '98 I would like to charge John Doe 19.95 for
> the first time for the month of July and I want Emerald to forget that he
> even existed prior to July 1, '98.
