The Error Message I'm getting is:

SQL Server Error: 213 Insert Error: column name or number of supplied
value does not match table defination
State=4 Severity =16

Actually, it fixed ONE billing problem, which was applying payments.
If you are not having problems applying payments, don't use 2.2.42.

This was corrected in 2.5.116 and higher (2.5.120 is the distribution
available right now). If you turn off the Stop records only, it will
work until you update the executable.
