SQL Error adding Main Account

I am having trouble adding MBR accounts to the Emerald database from =
Emerald logging on as sa.
I get the message "SQL Error adding main account"
This is only happening from my client machines. I can do everything =
just fine from the server itself.

The Emerald tech was able to log on to my SQL database and add MBR =
accounts successfully over the net.
Again, this is not working from the client machines only. I can edit =
MBR's, but I can't add them.

I have been struggling with Error messages for about 2 weeks. I am =
anxious to use Emerald. Can someone help me please?
