Dale,
How did you create the CallDetails table, and how do you populate
it(scipt?).

I have looked and looked and looked - I went to the web site, but there isnot a search feature..... so I scanned message headers of messages prior towhen I subscribed to the list, but I just can not find where you outlinedanything on a CallDetails table.... I..... just ..... can't..... take.....the...... stress...... any..... more......

Seriously, I can not find any reference to this, but I am probably justsearching on the wrong words or something. Could you please repost thisinfo? My HD is filling up as I type :)

P.S. I am not ignoring your request about Tellan PCA formats.... I will berunning a batch of credit cards later today, and will send it all to youdirectly, rather than on the list.

I will also post to the list the details on the method I am using to batchout of Emerald to PCA (A hint: PCA's Import feature is so flexible that Ihave gotten it to read EVERY CreditCard batch format that Emerald 2.1.1supports)

I'd be interested in that script as well if anyone is willing to share iton the list.

Dale,

I've got CR5.0 running on my home computer (Win95--haven't installed itinto NT there) and am using Emerald 2.1.11. I redownloaded the Inv50.rptfile from the FTP site along with a couple others and reworked them so thatthey have the same basic custom layout that my original 4.x versions had. I can view/print the 5.0 reports from my home computer without any problemnow. This morning, I tried getting one of our machines here at the office (alsoEmerald 2.1.11) working with the customized 5.0 Invoice.rpt and Account.rptfiles, but am running into a small problem. I already put the followingfiles (taken from my home computer's \windows\system directory) into\winnt\system32 overwriting the existing versions: crpe32.dll Crystl32.ocx crystl32.tlb crystl32.dep (couldn't remember if that was needed or not)I also ran regsvr32 crystl32.ocx

When I go to print someone's account info (account.rpt) or an invoice(invoice.rpt), I get the following 2 error messages:First: CRPaige library CRPaige(32).DLL cannot be found. It should be on the path. [Ok]Second: 20500:Not enough memory for operation [Ok][Cancel]

Memory is not the issue--the machine's got 96MB RAM and only 45 of it isbeing used; there's 411MB drive space available on the partition too...

I've looked at the installation files from the CD that I have for CR5.0,but can't find anything named "crpa*.*" Any idea what file(s) it's reallylooking for??

Thanks,

Josh Hillmanhillman@talstar.com

See the radusers.exe program in the /emerald/beta directory. It willdump the users file to stdio (just redirect it to a file). Check thearchives as several people have detailed how they use it. I am workingon a newer version of it that corrects a couple of problems and itsless stressful on SQL Server when its ran (its for a couple of customers that have over 25,000 MBRs). I'll let the list know whenits done.

On the Home page, in the upper left hand corner, there is the word "search".Its a clickable link. Thats a "search feature" and includes the mailing lists as noted on the page the link points to.

just enter the single phrase "calldetails" as one word (the table I notedbelow) and you'll get 8 hits. The bottom one is for this URL in thearchives:

http://www.iea-software.com/lists/9804/emerald/00001065.htm

which is my post I was referring to that details how to setup theCallDetails table.

Since I don't have the software and the docs on the batch, I didn't diginto it. Can it also include "strings" rather than just a filler?

I created it via a script, and its populated via a trigger. You couldcopy your current table into it with a Insert Into CallDetails Select...statement, though. See this URL:
