Is this when actually restoring the database or using a restored
database? Its possible that the current database is corrupt. You
may need to drop it, recreate a new one, and then restore into the
new database. I have also seen issues where the problem is restored
(it was in the dump) and the only way to correct the issue was to
use SQL Transfer to copy the data out, and then into a known good
database.
