NO emerald.ini

I'm new to this list. I'm trying to test Emerald prior to purchasing the
package.

On a new installation of Emerald & SQL, I can't get Emerald to run. It
keeps referencing an error regarding the SQLpath= statement, in an
emerald.ini file. There IS NO emerald.ini file.

I've checked the faq, and the Emerald manual doesn't seem to mention
anything about this.

PLEASE HELP
