It's me again. . . Sorry to bother everyone with a stupid question.
But, everything so far is working fine with Emerald except one
minor(possibly major) problem. My on-line tab isn't working. I have a
Livingston PortMaster 2e.
I tried to configure it from the Emerald Administrator but I just can't get
any on-line info from it. It is authenticating perfectly, I just can't get
any accounting info over to emerald. I can't check recent, or previous
logins & login times either. Is this because I am using the trial version?
